For PC Power Supply Unit
- Turn off the PC. Make sure the PC is completely turned off.
- Remove the power cable from the PSU and the electrical outlet.
- Wait a short while (approximately 30 to 60 seconds).
- Connect all the cables back as they were before.
- Turn on the PC.

- Shut down the Xbox One.
- Unplug all the power cables from the console, the PSU and the electrical power source.
- Wait 15 to 20 seconds.
